Mein 1. genähtes Kleidungsstück und Lieferung vom Schweden

Nachdem die kleine Maus langsam aber sicher immer größer wird und mittlerweile mit beiden Ärmchen bis zum Ellenbogen durch die Gitter ihrer Wiege hinausgewachsen ist, haben wir vor ein paar Tagen beim Schweden ein neues Bettchen für Madam bestellt. Weiß und passend bis etwa zum dritten oder vierten Lebensjahr. Die Matratze haben wir woanders gekauft... ganz günstig und Ökotest "sehr gut". 

Ein Kleiderschrankteil für unser Schlafzimmer kommt auch gleich mit und ich freu mich natürlich schon riesig, endlich mehr Platz zu haben.

Außerdem bau ich die Teile total gern zusammen... Bilder folgen wenn das Zeug wirklich kommt und es aufgebaut ist!

After the little one continues growing and the bassinett is getting too small (she can stick both her arms up to her elbows through the lattice) we ordered a new bed for our Madam at the Swedish furniture shop some days ago. White and suitable for children up to 3 or 4 years. The matress was bought somewhere else... very cheap and according to Ökotest among the best. (Ökotest is a magazine in Germany testing all sort of things according to safety, ingredients and more). 

We also get a new part for our wardrobe delivered with it and I am really looking forward to having more space finally.

In addition, I love to assemble these things ... I will post pictures when the stuff is really here and I fixed it up!

Außerdem habe ich hier eine ganze Reihe an Sachen, die noch fertig gemacht werden wollen... das Fotoalbum der Knopfin wartet sehnlichst darauf mit Stoff bezogen und befüllt zu werden. Ein Zeitschriftenhalter möchte in der Wand verbohrt werden und eine Wimpelkette für die Küche muss noch her.

Aber immerhin hat die selbstgenähte Leggings der Kleinen jetzt nen Gummizug bekommen und ist damit fertig:

mein 1. selbstgenähtes Kleidungsstück - ich bin ja so stolz... klar: die Nähte könnten schöner, die Streifen passen nicht genau zusammen, aber hey: meine Nummer 1!! Fotos folgen... ich wollte nur kurz meine Freude rausposaunen...

Moreover, there is a whole range of things I want to finish... the photo album of the little one wants to be covered in nice fabric and be filled with pictures. A newspaper holder wants to be fixed to the wall and I still want to make a garland for the kitchen.

But at least I finished the leggings for the little one by adding an elastic band:

my first self-made piece of clothing - I am so proud... of course: the seams could be neater, the stripes do not match, but hey: my number 1!!! I will post pictures later... I just wanted to share my joy...
